Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 7 hours if not yet shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. You may request a return or exchange instead.

• Prepaid orders canceled before shipment will be refunded within 2–4 business days.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders must be canceled within 7 hours. Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may lead to account restrictions.

• Walk Away may cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Full refunds will be issued in such cases.
